Marginal & Stranded Field Development

Small, remote or short-life fields rarely justify a conventional platform. Our compact, modular Sep-iSys™ technologies bring production forward with a smaller footprint and a faster route to first oil, so reserves that would otherwise be left in the ground become economic to develop.

Slug Handling & Separation

The core compact separation platform, engineered to handle unstable, slugging multiphase flow and cleanly separate oil, gas and water in a fraction of the space of conventional trains.

Sep-iSys™ EWT

Early Production / Well Test

A compact processing unit for early production and extended well testing, letting operators appraise and produce a discovery quickly without committing to full facilities up front.

Sep-iSys™ CSU

Crude Stabilization Unit

A modular crude stabilization unit that conditions produced crude to a safe, on-spec state for storage and export, packaged for fast integration onto FPSOs and offshore facilities.

Wellhead Platform Production Unit

A compact wellhead platform production unit for standalone production, bringing processing right to the wellhead so a marginal field can produce without a large central host.

Isobaric GT

High-Speed CNG Transfer

A high-speed compressed-natural-gas transfer unit that monetises stranded gas by moving it to market without a fixed pipeline, opening a route to value for gas with nowhere to go.

Maximising Production from Mature Fields

As a field ages, pressure falls, water and sand rise, and easy barrels get harder to lift. Our recovery, dewatering and sand-management technologies re-energise mature assets, protecting the equipment and pulling additional production from reserves that are far from spent.

Low Pressure Production Unit

A low-pressure production unit that lowers the pressure a field produces against, coaxing more flow from depleted, low-energy reservoirs that can no longer push into the existing system.

MPU + GRS

Enhancement, Sand, Dewatering & Gas Recovery

A multi-function unit combining production enhancement, sand removal, bulk dewatering and gas recovery, tackling several late-life production problems within one integrated package.

CSRS

Compact Cyclonic Sand Removal

A compact multiphase cyclonic sand removal system that strips produced sand out of the flow, protecting downstream equipment from erosion and keeping sand-prone wells safely on stream.

3-Phase Separation

A compact three-phase separator that splits oil, gas and water efficiently in a reduced footprint, ideal for debottlenecking and upgrading the processing capacity of existing facilities.

Focus Area 03

Eliminating Emissions from Production Facilities

Gas that is flared or vented is both an emission and lost value. Our recovery technologies capture low-pressure gas, condensate and volatile organic compounds that would otherwise escape, then put them to work, cutting the emissions footprint of a facility while adding to what it produces.

Enhanced LP-CRS™

Condensate Recovery System

An enhanced low-pressure condensate recovery system that captures valuable condensate and low-pressure gas from streams normally sent to flare, recovering product and reducing emissions at once.

VOC-RS™

Volatile Organic Compound Recovery

A volatile organic compound recovery system that captures VOCs released during processing and storage, containing emissions that would otherwise vent to atmosphere and reclaiming their value.

AWUS™

Automatic Well Unloading System

An automatic well unloading system that clears liquid build-up from wells without manual venting, keeping production steady while avoiding the routine emissions that manual unloading creates.

GTDE™

Gas to Digital Energy

Gas to Digital Energy converts associated or stranded gas into computing power on site, for example data centres or crypto-mining, turning a would-be flare into useful digital energy.
